Return Receipt: Works as designed

You always get a return receipt with the time stamp from the moment the receipient opens the mail; this works as designed.

I think you want to get a delivery report of your mail which logs the date/time when the server puts the mail into the receipient's mail file. To get this report click "Delivery Options > Delivery Report > Trace whole path". The server will generate a report showing the whole path to the reciepient's home-server and logging the delivery date/time.
